It may happen that your order is not to your liking. We would like to offer you the opportunity to return your ordered product within 14 days using the step-by-step plan below:
- Send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible after receiving the product, stating that you want to return your product and including your order number.
- Pack your product including all accessories together with a print of your order confirmation in the original packaging.
- Place the packaging in an envelope or small box, make sure you have enough postage, and send it to the following address:
Please note our conditions which apply to all returns:
- You bear the risk of the return in case the product gets lost.
- The products are returned within the period of 14 days, this starts on the day after receipt of your item(s).
- The article is as far as possible in original condition and factory packaging.
- The costs of the return are for your own account.
DAMAGED PRODUCT OR WRONG DELIVERY
Our products are carefully packed and checked. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that the product you received has been damaged, or if you've received the wrong product, please contact us directly by sending an email to [email protected] stating your order number. Emails will be answered within three working days.
Note: Please send us some photos of the damage or the wrong product received so that we can offer you a suitable solution based on the photos.
Of course you have no influence on a defect. We therefore do not charge any costs for the repair or replacement of a defective product.
Casey guarantees the virtue of the items you order from us. You will therefore receive a standard Three months warranty on all our items and we also promise fast warranty handling. Our warranty does not apply to a defect caused by wear, misuse or intensive use, falls and impact damage unless stated otherwise. Our warranty also does not cover indirect damage, for example, alleged damage to your phone through or despite the use of our cases.
