1. How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days. Look under Return and Warranty.
2. Who pays the delivery costs?
With Casey, the shipping of an order with a value above EUR 20 is free of costs, so you will not be charged any shipping costs. For shipping an order with a value below EUR 20, you will be charged shipping costs.
3. Who pays the costs of the return?
With Casey, the shipping of products for a value above EUR 20 is free of costs. However, the costs for any return, despite of the value of the order, are for your own account. Is your product damaged or delivered incorrectly? Please contact our customer service so that we can help you further.
4. I have received a message that my order has been shipped. Why hasn't it been delivered yet?
If you complete the order before 21:00, it will be shipped to you the next working day. Delivery of your order is usually be the next day. Orders made in Belgium will usually be delivered within three to five working days. Note: in the Netherlands no mail is delivered on Sunday and Monday and in Belgium not on Saturday and Sunday.
5. My case has broken, can you do something about it?
We are really sorry to hear that your cover is broken! We are happy to provide a three-month warranty on our products.
In the event of a defect, we kindly request you to send an email to [email protected] with some photos of the damage and stating your order number.
Note: Our warranty does not cover a defect caused by wear, misuse and intensive use or fall damage.
